• Booking and payment details. Taken through our booking platform. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Why we collect it

• To quote, schedule and deliver a rental you asked for.
• To reach you about a booking, a delivery window or a pickup.
• To take payment and issue an invoice.
• To understand which pages people use, so the site gets more useful rather than less.
• To meet record-keeping and disposal reporting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the parties who make a rental happen: our booking and payment platform, our customer management system, the disposal facilities that record load weights, and analytics providers. If you give us a mobile number we may text you about your booking: a delivery window, a driver on the way, or a pickup. Reply STOP to any message and it stops. Message and data rates may apply.

Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We update this policy when how we work changes. The date at the top is when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
