Extra weight is billed at $145 per ton against a certified scale ticket from the disposal facility. Ask and we will send the ticket with the invoice, so what you pay on is the weight the scale recorded rather than an estimate.

You pay when you book. The online form shows your total before you commit to anything. No callback, no waiting on a quote. Anything added afterwards, like extra days or overage, is billed after the pickup.

A few items carry a set charge on top. Mattresses and box springs are $100 each each, propane tanks $35 each each, and tires start at $12 per tire. Appliances go in at no extra charge. Tell us the count when you book and it is on the agreement rather than a surprise.

Yes. Extra days run $15 per day on a standard container. Call before the pickup date rather than after and it is straightforward. On a long job a swap partway through often costs less than extending the same container.

A day or two ahead gives you the widest choice of slots. Next working day is standard, Monday through Friday. An order in before the noon cutoff may still go out the same day if the route has room. Saturday runs 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Sunday we are closed.

Yes. Call and we will move it. The date worth watching is the pickup, because a truck that arrives to a container which is not ready is a wasted run for both of us.

We need about 60 feet of straight clearance to roll the container off the back of the truck, and firm enough ground to take it loaded. Describe the approach when you book. If something changes on the day, call before the delivery window rather than after.

Yes, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and it is a normal delivery window rather than an emergency call. Sunday is closed. If a Saturday drop matters to the job, book it a few days out rather than on the Friday.

Not in normal use. It rests on rails rather than wheels, so the weight spreads along the length of it rather than pressing at four points. On a newly sealed surface, pavers or anything decorative, ask for driveway protection when you book and the driver puts boards under the rails.

No. Describe where you want it when you book and the driver places it without you there. What helps is a clear approach and nothing parked in the way.

Level with the top rail, and no higher. A mounded container cannot be sheeted, and sheeting is a legal condition of the truck leaving with it. If the load is above the rail on pickup day the driver cannot take it, which costs everyone a day.

Washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers and water heaters go in at no extra charge. Anything holding refrigerant is the exception. A refrigerator, freezer or AC unit needs a word before you load it.
